Twenty six years ago, Daniel Nowak started an advertising agency that specialized in the automotive industry named Edwards Sterling Pierce. In 2010 Dan had the good fortune of meeting Andres Valera who was coming off a 2 year software development contract with Microsoft Canada. To make a long story short, they hired a team of 4 brilliant software developers, social media specialists and designers and enlisted the insight and guidance of 20 key dealers in the country to create Leadbox.
Leadbox came to specialize in the automotive and RV industries, and have had the good fortune to be able to work with some of the country's most successful dealers.
Edwards Sterling Pierce created the country's first national automotive infomercial, and has created offsite sales that have produced over 6 million dollars in sales in a single weekend. Our customers were doing very well however, we realized that our customers had honed their strategies and systems for traditional walk in traffic, maximizing closing ratio’s for their bricks and mortar business, but weren’t taking advantage of a new customer lead source taking shape through their website.
Statistics were rising on the amount of customers visiting dealer websites before making a purchase. (Currently 80%)
Salespeople had systems in place to deal with an up coming through the front door, but customer behavior has shifted. Statistics showed a large growing number of people were actually visiting our dealers’ websites and largely were being ignored or not followed up on correctly.
