1. Make sure everything is easy to access and navigate through

You always want to make sure your website is setting a high precedent for your brand. That is your online showroom; it should be treated just the same as the one in your dealership. If your customers can’t navigate easily through your website, they will leave and go to the next one. So make sure your site loads quickly, with a clearly labeled menu and is properly categorized.

  2. Make sure customers can contact you quickly and get their questions answered right away

When someone is taking the time to look at your business online, they want to know that they will be able to contact you quickly and easily if they have any questions. Make sure you provide that service to them whether it be through having a live chat on your website, phone numbers, contact forms or e-mail addresses where they can easily talk to someone.

  3. Make all promotions visible

If you are having a promotion, it’s probably for a good reason- to sell more vehicles! Make sure that people can easily see that when they visit your website, because that’s how you’re going to get more leads. Everybody is looking for a deal!

  4. Make sure you have correct pricing and information for each vehicle in your inventory

You need to make sure that all of the information you are putting on your website is the correct information. There is nothing worse than misrepresenting yourself or something you are selling.

  5. Make sure you have real pictures of each vehicle in your inventory from multiple angles

If someone is interested in a vehicle, they want to see exactly what they’re getting, that way they get more emotionally attached to it and more excited about purchasing. Nobody wants to view stock pictures, you can find that on almost any other car dealers website!
